If you’re like me, it takes you some time to get out of bed in the morning. Sure the obnoxious alarm goes off, but doesn’t mean I am immediately bright-eyed and bushy tailed! As a matter of a fact, I do a little groaning and sighing and mentally count down the days to Friday.
But be that as it may, we all have to eventually get up and start the day. My experience has been with a few lying down yoga poses and deep breathing for barely 5 minutes makes it a little easier. Now mind you- I said a “little” easier.
Yoga has numerous benefits like reducing stress, improving posture and increasing flexibility.
So here it goes. Complete the exercises below and hopefully you can greet your husband, kids, pet or any other inhabitants with a Buddha smile and a“NAMASTE”.
